  When we ordered, we asked to have our cooked vegetables replaced with a salad. The waitress told us that she could get us a salad, at the expense of both our potato and our vegetables. When we received our salad, it was very small portioned!
  
  On to the entree, it too was terribly portioned with only four thinly sliced pieces of London Broil on our plates. And to top it off, one of our plates had a hair on it. The server took the plate back and got us a new plate while we waited another 15 minutes for it.
  
  I called and spoke to the general manager, Nick. When I told him about our issues and asked for a refund for our unpleasant experience, he cast me a snobbish tone and told me, “that’s not how we do things here.” And argued with me about how long it actually took to get our hair-free dish out to our table.
  
  Nick was rude and continues to refuse to return my payment to me. A $25 meal should not only include 4 slices of steak and a small salad. We left the restaurant hungry and unsatisfied, and now aggravated with the morals and management of this business.

  Today was my first time at Taylor's, and I brought my friends to come here to eat. I heard about Taylor's Steakhouse from the good reviews, and I was glad I decided to go there. When we arrived, we did not have to wait for a table. The staff was very nice, the food was exceptional, and we also did not have to wait very long for the food. We were very happy with our overall experience. If you plan on going there, I would recommend the crab cakes as a starter and the Beefeater Dip as your main course. I recommend to the people who like restaurants with rustic atmospheres and enjoy eating steak. I also hope you enjoy this restaurant.

  Great old time steakhouse. You could eat a better steak or spend more money but as an overall package Taylor's is hard to beat. The Olympic location has the most ambiance but I often go to the La Canada location where I'll just eat at the bar, have a drink and eat a good steak.
